ORDERS & PAYMENT

Please verify that the data you entered—such as your account information, billing address, and password for Net Banking—is accurate and that there was no interruption to your internet connection during the procedure.
Even in the event of a failed payment, all debits to your account are typically refunded to your bank account within 10 business days. You can contact us by email at connect@echolope.com if you need any more explanation.

Choose the order you wish to cancel by tapping on the "My Orders" section located in the account section or send us an email at Connect@echolope.com if you are having problems, and we will take care of it.

We provide 5-day delivery on every order; it can take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, We charge Rs.40 Flat Fee on Cash On Delivery Order

To place your order, follow these steps :

  • Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like.
  • After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference.
  • Click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
  • After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
  • Now, Put your Phone Number and Create Account Or Login With Phone Number (if Already Have account) Then, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.

  • Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

    WARRANTY CLAIM QUESTIONS

    You can access it either by scanning the QR code found on your product packaging or by logging into your account on the Echolope website and navigating to the warranty section.
    You must submit your first claim within 3 days of purchase to activate the warranty.
    You'll need your name, email, order number, proof of purchase, and videos of any issues.
    After 2 months of product usage, you must submit a second claim to extend the warranty up to 6 months. Follow the same process by filling out the form and uploading any necessary information.
    You can raise a ticket anytime after the first submission if you experience any issues. Simply log into your account, describe the issue, and upload photos or videos for review.
    Once your claim is reviewed, you will be notified via email with instructions for either a product replacement, repair, or further steps.
