Warranty Duration
Echolope offers a 6-month warranty for with a warranty tag/label, covering stitching and color defects only.
Submission Process

First Submission (Within 3 Days of Purchase):
- Access the warranty claim page via QR code or your account.
- Provide your Name, Email, Order Number, and Proof of Purchase.
- Upload a video of the t-shirt (from all angles) and select "First Submission."
- Submit to activate the warranty.

Second Submission (After 2 Months):
- After 2 months from your first submission, log into your account.
- Fill out your details and upload a new video of the t-shirt showing its condition.
- Choose "Second Submission" and submit to extend the warranty to 6 months.
Raise a Ticket (After First Submission)
If you face issues with the product after the first submission:
- Log in, go to the warranty section, fill details, describe the issue, and upload a video of the defect.
- Choose "Raise Issue About Product"
- Submit the ticket for review, which may lead to a replacement, repair, or store gift voucher if the issue qualifies under the warranty.

- You must provide the original brand tag, invoice, and the product itself.
Account Requirement
You need to be registered on the Echolope website to manage warranty claims. If not registered, an account will be created automatically to track submissions and receive reminders.
Video Submission Guidelines
- High-resolution videos with no edits.
- Must show the t-shirt from all angles, including the warranty tag.
- Non-compliance may lead to claim rejection.
Washing Guidelines
T-shirts should be machine washed with gentle detergents that are mild, phosphate-free, and bleach-free to preserve fabric quality. Improper care voids the warranty.
Replacement Policy
- If the t-shirt color is unavailable for replacement, you’ll receive a store gift voucher of equal value.
Limitations
- The warranty covers stitching and color defects only.
- Physical damage unrelated to stitching or improper care won’t be covered.
Fraudulent Activity
Detected fraud or scam activity will void the warranty immediately.
